40 km southeast from Jyväskylä, Lake Leppävesi 30 m, shallow dredged beach, own rowing boat.
Log cottage, built in 2017, spacious and bright kitchen-living room with convertible sofa for 2, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a vestibule, wash room with a shower cubicle, wood-heated sauna, entrance to the terrace from wash room and from kitchen.
Underfloor heating, air source heat pump and mechanical ventilation system.
The barbecue hut is a year-round barbecue building with electricity and an open fireplace with grilling grids. Possibility of electric car charging (with the customer's own cable from a so-called normal socket).
One SUP-board is included to the price.
Additional space can be rented from the guest house; a guest room 14 m2 where 2 single beds, underfloor heating, shower room, and toilet and closet space. The guest bedroom is in the yard adjacent to the outbuilding, with its own entrance. Equipment: Bed linen and final cleaning are included. Use of the guest room is an additional service. Ask the price from the owner. Use of the guest room should be paid in cash upon arrival.
